Complaints about us. If something on the site is wrong, a form failed, or you weren't happy with how your request was handled, call (480) 555-0187 or write to us through the contact page. Include your name, how to reach you, the date of your request and what went wrong. We'll look into it and reply.

If you'd rather not hear from a roofer. Tell the roofer directly, and let us know as well so your details aren't passed on again. We can also delete your request details if you ask.

Complaints about a roofer. The roofers we refer homeowners to don't work for us, and we can't settle disputes over their work, prices or contracts. For workmanship, an unfinished job or a contract problem, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) accepts written complaints against contractors; call the ROC at (602) 542-1525 or use its website. Arizona residential contracts over $1,000 must tell you about this right to complain.

The Recovery Fund. When a licensed residential contractor leaves a job unfinished or does poor work, homeowners can apply to the ROC's Residential Contractors' Recovery Fund. Under current law, awards are capped at $30,000 per claimant and $200,000 per license. The fund covers only work by a licensed contractor, which is one more reason to check a roofer's license before signing.

Insurance questions. Questions about a claim decision belong with your insurer. We take no part in claims.
