How we're paid. When you send a request or call (480) 555-0187, we connect you with one independent local roofer, and that roofer pays us for the referral. Homeowners never pay us anything. We also never give homeowners anything of value for using the site: no gift cards, rebates, credits or rewards for sending a neighbor our way.

Who the roofer is. The roofer is an independent business, not our employee, partner or agent. We don't do roofing work, give quotes, sign contracts or take part in insurance claims. Any price, contract, permit, schedule or warranty is between you and the roofer.

No obligation. A referral doesn't bind you to anything. You can turn down any estimate, collect other bids on your own and hire whoever you choose.

Your own check. Because we don't vouch for any roofer, look up the business on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) Contractor Search, or call the ROC at (602) 542-1525, before you sign. Look for an active R-42 or CR-42 license, and ask for proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation.

Storm-claim jobs. On contracts for damage from a catastrophic storm in an area an insurer designates, Arizona law bars contractors from advertising or paying a homeowner's deductible and from negotiating your claim for you. A roofer who offers either on such a job is a warning sign.
